Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on any order. Free shipping allows you to have rugs in your home “on approval” and enables you to see the rug in your house, in your lighting with your existing color palette and décor. Rugs look different in different settings, and since they last such a long time, we want to be sure that you will love your rug for many years to come.

You can expect your rug via UPS in 2-5 business days from the date of order, unless you are informed otherwise . We will email you the UPS tracking and you will be able to track the progress of your order. UPS and freight companies deliver to your door, but should not be expected to bring the rug inside your home.

14 Day Guarantee

Our guarantee is simple; if you’re not satisfied with any item, for any reason, call us within 14 days of its arrival to receive a return authorization. There is no restocking fee, we just ask that you pay the return shipping expense and that the item(s) be returned within 14 days of the ship date in the same condition that you received them. We will gladly refund your purchase price in full.

Returning and Item

We will help you through the return shipping process. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your rug before shipping it.

The rug must be in new and clean condition upon its return in order to receive the full refund (no pet hair, dirt or damage to the rug). Please wrap the rug in its original packaging if it is not damaged. Rugs dirty or damaged due to insufficient packaging cannot be fully refunded, so please pack the items carefully.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us right away. We will try to cancel or change any unshipped order. If successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you when the change has been completed. An order is not considered changed or canceled until this confirmation has been sent. If an order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it and you will be responsible for returning the item to us. Do not refuse the shipment as this can cause delays in your refund, return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Rugs must be returned following our return instructions to receive a full refund.

Transit Time

Orders will usually ship from our store in Lexington within 1-2 business days. Some items will ship directly from the producer within 2-5 days. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will let you know via email, then monitor your order until it is delivered to you. We are happy to facilitate expedited shipments using next day and second day delivery options for an additional fee.
